THE DEMON

A mighty demon who is insubordinate to the laws of Hell, Karilaz is a 40,000 year old spirit whose original purpose was to inspire artists - a Daimon, or Muse.

He appears to the conjuror in the form of a human male with red skin, black horns and a terrifying second face embedded in his abdomen. He wears tattered cloth robes and a collection of jewelry and trinkets collected from various human cultures.

Once called by the conjurer, Karilaz is said to be a difficult spirit to command, bristling at attempts to utilize him for destruction or debauchery.

When provoked, he wields the ability to invoke gastrointestinal maladies, though his preference is to stick to his original calling: Art and inspiration.

Karilaz is a benevolent spirit, but the face on his abdomen is sinister in nature.

He holds a deep compassion for mankind, although he often finds them to be quite ignorant and aggravating.

Karilaz loves dandelions and red wine - it is strongly recommended that the summoner bring an offering of both.
